The A/C automatically turns off when the door or the windows are open.

Check in time is at 15:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am.

If the house is available it is possible to check out later with an additional charge of 15 € for each additional hour after 11:00 am.

You can always leave your luggage with us to pick them up later, free of charge.

Fresh white towels are handed out every 2 days in a plastic bag on the table of your terrace. Please put the used bedsheets and towels within the plastic bag and leave them outside your door for us to collect them.

Within a plastic bag in your closet, you will find extra bedsheets if you wish to replace them. 

There are two big garbage bins. One for the domestic garbage and one with the blue cover for plastic, aluminium cans, glasses and papers.

You should leave the house in the same condition you found it upon checking in.
You will find all necessary cleaning products within the house.

Jacuzzis are maintained every morning. We consistently check the quality of the water and make sure the jacuzzi is clean and safe for use.

As the jacuzzis are outdoors, it is very difficult to get temperatures higher than 28 °C.

It is prohibited to put skin care products before using the jacuzzi.

The use of jacuzzis is forbidden after 22:30.

Dedicated jacuzzi towels are available.

Please note that the driver should have the driving licence for at least two years. If you are interested, you can contact AVANCE car rental. Let them know you stay in our house in order to get discounted prices.
